Hall of Famer Jonathan Ogden Was Absolutely Gigantic in High School

Jonathan Ogden was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame this past weekend, a tribute to his 12 incredible NFL seasons that included 11 Pro Bowl appearances and 10 All-Pro selections.

Ogden is listed at 6'9" and 345 pounds, and it appears he hit his growth spurt early, judging from this photo discovered on Reddit in which Ogden is shown lead-blocking during his high school days in Washington, D.C.

While Ogden was freakishly large in the NFL, as you can tell from the photo of him next to other massive Hall of Fame inductees below, the disparity is amplified playing among teenagers. In case you need a point of reference, Warren Sapp (far right) is listed at 6'2", 300 pounds.

I'm going to go ahead and assume that every St. Albans running back put up great numbers with Ogden clearing the way.

I pity the defensive players who were forced to line up against the gargantuan Hall of Famer.
