Keyshawn Johnson is once again listing his Calabasas, Calif., home, reminding potential buyers about the very famous, fast-driving pop star in the neighborhood.
Would you Belieb it? For just $8.495 million, you can buy Johnson's house and possibly run into Justin Bieber, or get run over by him and his car.
Before we get to the Bieber portion of the story, let's take a gander at some stunning photos of the quaint abode.
As you can see, there is a ton of room on the 1.86-acre lot, giving potential buyers sprawling land that lends a great deal of privacy.
Of course you get a basketball court as well.
Inside, things are just as lavish.
The posting on Realtor.com details exactly what you get for nearly $8.5 million. The home, built in 2011, has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and "features include a beautiful chef's kitchen with dual islands, adjoining family room, big media/game room, theatre/multipurpose room, study, bonus room, spa room and more."
But really, a home is only as good as its surrounding area. As Busted Coverage reminds us, and many have covered in the past, Johnson has a rather famous pop star bumping around the area.
Back in May, Johnson confronted Bieber after having just about enough of what he felt was reckless driving.
As ABC News reported at the time, neighbors—including fellow former NFL player Eric Dickerson—claimed Bieber is known to drive at obscene speeds around the neighborhood.
Well, I'm sold.
The rather exorbitant mortgage payments might be an issue, but I simply must have the house that comes with a basketball court, pool and opportunity to get mowed over by an entitled Bieber.
We now have some inkling as to why Johnson is slashing prices at the moment.
