The Miami Dolphins have signed undrafted rookie free agent JD Quinn of Montana.

He was an offensive lineman on Oklahoma's 2006 and 2005 team before losing eligibility for accepting money from a car dealership.

He will be forced to pay $8,137 to any charity organization of his choice, and will also lose a year of eligibility after transferring to Division Two Montana.
