The Jets top draft pick took the longest to sign, but finally on Sunday night, it was done. Gang Green has signed ninth overall pick Dee Milliner, and the cornerback is expected to arrive in Cortland on Monday. Milliner was slotted to receive a four-year deal worth roughly $12.66 million, according to overthecap.com. The cornerback had been holding out in hopes of avoiding offset language in his contract.
