These weigh-ins have been confusing. Here's the latest via the UFC. Masvidal did weigh in again and he came in at 155, so he is good. Means never attempted to cut the weight, and Albert actually came in heavier, at 137.25.
Oh, and about that beard? Chiesa has tweeted that he spoke to the commission, and that gnarly looking nest is not going anywhere.
Dave Sholler has just tweeted a correction. John Albert will attempt to make weight.
According to the UFC's Dave Sholler, Tim Means and John Albert will not attempt to make weight. They will be fined 20 percent each, and that money will go to their opponents. Jorge Masvidal will attempt to make weight.
Time for the main event, UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson versus John Moraga. Moraga weighs in at 124.5, while the champ comes in at 124.5.
The co-main event is up. A scowling Jake Ellenberger comes in at 171, while Rory MacDonald weighs in at 170.5.
Up to the welterweight division for the next one. First to the scale is Bobby Voelker, who comes in at 170. Robbie Lawler takes to the scale and he comes in at 170.5.
On to the main card. First to the scale is Jessica Andrade, she comes in at 134, while Liz Carmouche comes in at 136.
Next we have Michael Chiesa vs. Jorge Masvidal. Masvidal asks for the towel, and he comes in at 157.5. It was revealed that Masvidal has asked the commission to have Chiesa shave his beard for the fight. Chiesa comes to the scale with his beard and weighs in at 155.5.
Next up we have Danny Castillo vs. Tim Means. Means weighs in at a beefy 160. Castillo is in with the tux, with a yellow shirt this time. Castillo makes weight at 155.
We stay in the lightweight division for the next one, Mac Danzig vs. Melvin Guillard. Guillard comes in at 155, sporting the indoor shades, so if you want to bet against him, feel free. Danzig is in at 155. Both fighters smile at the staredown, so...I don't know who you should bet on.
Down to the lightweights for the next one. Daron Cruickshank comes to the stage and asks for the towel, and he gets it. He makes weight at 156. Yves Edwards takes to the scale eating a Twinkie and he's in at 155.
On to the middleweights. Trevor Smith hits the scale at 185, while Ed Herman comes in at 186.
On to the FX card. First we have a women's bantamweight scrap, Germaine de Randamie vs. Julie Kedzie. De Randami is first to the stage and she comes in at 135. Kedzie weighs in 135.5.
Next up we have Aaron Riley vs. Justin Salas. Salas hits the scale first and he weighs in at 155, including the sponsors sweatband. Riley weighs in at 156, no sweatband for Riley.
First fight is in the bantamweight division and Yaotzin Meza is first to the scale. Meza comes in at 136. Albert asks for the towel right away and he weighs in at 137. Albert is one pound over, and he has two hours to drop that last pound.
