Arsenal's Arsène Wenger Believes Luis Suarez Would Be Perfect Replacement

Not just as a striker, but a player who can become the focal point of the Arsenal team and someone with the stature to strike some fear into their opponents. Olivier Giroud has done an admirable job over this past year but Wenger has known all along that he needed to add a striker of genuine world-class quality to convince his supporters - and perhaps even his own players - that Arsenal remain serious contenders. Suárez would be asked to play as the furthest man forward in Arsenal's usual 4-2-3-1 formation. Within that system, it is imperative that the striker is not just a good finisher but also adept at bringing others into play. Suárez's relative lack of physical and aerial presence might be a concern but Wenger will have noted how he creates as well as scores for Liverpool.
