The Cardinals' bats couldn't overcome the four runs surrendered by starter Lance Lynn Saturday night, as the San Diego Padres took game two of the three game series 5-3. Lynn (11-5, 4.13 ERA) lasted five innings and walked three in the loss, and struggled early on. He gave up all four runs in the first three innings, laboring through 68 pitches during that span.
