Robert Garrigus Sinks a Putt from the Fairway at the Open Championship

American golfer Robert Garrigus delivered one of the shots of the tournament at the Open Championship when he sunk a 100-foot putt from the fairway for eagle on the 15th hole. With the course playing lightning fast this week, a small stroke from Garrigus was all that was needed.

Unfortunately for Garrigus, the rest of his last couple of days didn't go quite so well. He finished +11 over in Rounds 1 and 2 and will miss the cut.
