Nine days.

The countdown to MLB's non-waiver trade deadline has reached single digits, and with that, general managers around the league are scrambling to make moves that put their teams in a better position to contend, if not in 2013, then in 2014 and beyond.

While it's become cliche to say that pitching wins championships, there's some truth there, and multiple contenders are on the hunt to bolster their starting rotations for the stretch run.

Yet there are only a limited number of established starters available on the market, each one coming with a significant cost—both in terms of money and the prospects it would take to acquire them—that quickly eliminates many would-be suitors from the equation.

But make no mistake about it, some well-known pitchers will be wearing a different uniform by the time August 1 rolls around.

Here's a look at what I think your favorite team's starting rotation is going to look like after the trade deadline.

*Players who are currently injured and are not expected back until sometime in August were not included in their teams' respective rotation, though some are mentioned.

*New additions are in bold.

*All statistics courtesy of and current through games of July 21.
