Liverpool continues to look for ways to improve the club for the next campaign during the summer transfer window.
With the never-ending Luis Suarez drama still a situation of massive concern, the Reds seem determined not to let the ordeal impede them in their quest to make noise during the transfer window.
Brendan Rodgers and Co. reportedly have a few players on their radar that could definitely bolster the squad for years to come.
Gonzalo Higuain for...Luis Suarez?
The Gonzalo Higuain transfer rumors have been going on for what seems like an eternity. A bevy of clubs, including Arsenal and Napoli, have been linked to the striker for quite some time, yet nothing has happened.
Could the Reds be a potential suitor for the Argentine striker?
It's starting to look that way.
If the swap were to happen, it would be a beneficial move for Liverpool. Although Higuain only knocked in 19 goals in 44 games during 2012-13, implementing him into Rodgers' system would make for a fruitful attack.
Could Bernard Be an Option?
According to The Telegraph's Chris Bascombe, Liverpool has expressed interest in Brazilian winger Bernard.
The 20-year-old is a hot commodity this summer, as Liverpool isn't the only club looking to acquire the budding talent.
Certainly, if the Reds were able to land Bernard, the attacking midfielder would do wonders for the club. His combination of blazing speed and an ever-growing array of ball skills would definitely help create opportunities for the Liverpool attack.
Are the Reds Close to Bringing in Christian Eriksen?
Christian Eriksen to Liverpool could be coming to fruition pretty soon.
With words like that coming from the player's manager, it seems as though all signs are pointing to Liverpool at the moment.
Just like Bernard, Eriksen has the ability to create a multitude of opportunities for those around him. Although just 21 years of age, Eriksen is an experienced player who will only continue to grow as time goes on.
