In-House Talent Can Boost Broncos After Execs' Arrests

When the Broncos decided not to renew the contract of pro personnel director Keith Kidd after the NFL draft, they could have replaced him with a loyal, well-qualified, in-house candidate. Lenny McGill played five seasons in the NFL, scouted nine seasons for the Green Bay Packers and has been the Broncos' assistant college scouting director since 2009. Adam Peters has been a top Broncos scout since 2009.
