What It Takes to Be a Brooklynettes Dancer: Making the Cut Part One
Since their move to Brooklyn, the Nets have become one of the hottest teams in the league.
Between new ownership, a billion-dollar arena and the addition of some of the best players in the game, the Nets are making noise around the league. Everyone wants to be a part of the organization, and that includes the Brooklynettes, the Brooklyn Nets Dance Team.
The Brooklynettes held a four day audition with more than 300 girls participating. Each day presented a new task and more cuts.
With the help of Adar Wellington, the entertainment coordinator and dance team coach, we were given an inside look of what it takes to become a Brooklynette.
We followed five girls throughout the whole process: Asha, Sabina, Tara, Alexa and Meghan.
Watch now to see Part One of the four day tryout.
Make sure to stay tuned to Bleacher Report for Part Two of the tryouts to find out if these girls will continue to make the cuts!
