Sources: Dwight Wanted Kobe to Pass Torch
Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

Dwight Howard's distaste for the offense and approach of coach Mike D'Antoni is widely cited as the biggest trigger in his decision to leave the Los Angeles Lakers.
