Robinho Fights with Santos and Antonini Nears Exit

    According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Robinho managed to fight with Santos management about the halted negotiations which stopped abruptly after a tumultuous few months of back and forth between the Brazilian club and Milan.

    It now seems that the out-of-favor flamboyant attacker will remain another season brooding on the Milan bench.

    In other news, Gazzetta reports that Luca Antonini could be on his way to new-look Monaco.

    According to the Transfer Market section on La Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan will do everything possible to sign Fiorentina attacker Adem Ljajic once Robinho is sold.

    This same report also says that the Robinho deal with Santos is nearly completed. Milan will receive €8.5 million for his services. The Brazilian will make a return to his native land after a tumultuous spell in Europe which has never truly seen him exploit his immense talent.
