Breaking News: Manny Ramirez Will Be Suspended For Positive PED Test

Manny Ramirez of the LA Dodgers will be suspended for 50 games after a positive test for performance-enhancing drugs according to the LA Times.  Ramirez is the biggest name to date to test positive.

Major League Baseball has confirmed the suspension. Ramirez would not be eligible to return to the Dodgers until July 3.

Ramirez who is hitting .348 with six home runs and 20 RBI has helped the Dodgers get off to a 13-0 start at home, and the best record in the NL West.

So far there has been no comment by Scott Boras, Manny's agent.
