Michigan State big man Adreian Payne helped Team USA show off some offensive firepower Thursday in an exhibition victory warmup for the World University Games at Basket Hall 1 in Kazan, Russia. Payne hit both of his shot attempts, including a three-pointer, for five points in 14 minutes in a 94-60 victory over Russian professional club UNICS. The game was tied at 34-all before the U.S. closed the last four minutes of the first half with a 22-6 run.
