He won two Super Bowls and played in 13 Pro Bowls during his Hall of Fame-level career. Now, Ray Lewis can add executive producer of the latest Under Armour commercial to his resume.
Lewis, who was one of the earlier athletes to sign on with Under Armour back in 2007, is fully involved in the creative vision of their latest commercial, which is about kids fighting to move ahead in their football lives. They are on parallel paths, and they constantly compete with one another.
According to Lewis, much of what is expressed in this commercial is autobiographical.
Lewis grew up with nothing, but he found success—and ultimately fame—through football. He hopes moments from his childhood are captured on film.
He also took time out on set to give a spirited speech to the Baltimore area high school kids who starred in this commercial.
