The Mets beat the Diamondbacks on a bases-loaded, two-out single by Andrew Brown in the bottom of the thirteenth inning. Shaun Marcum allowed three runs in six innings to start the game, but the Mets didn't get on the board until after Marcum left the game. They scored one run in each of the seventh, eighth, and ninth innings—the last of which scored on a single by Josh Satin—to tie the game.
