The Miami Heat have just won back-to-back championships and while they are relishing the moment, teams are already looking ahead to next season.
Just about every organization will try to fill out its roster with the best talent to avoid the three-peat. Realistically, not many are equipped to do so but our first blockbuster trade of the summer proves that these teams are not messing around.
The Brooklyn Nets and Boston Celtics have agreed to terms that will send Kevin Garnett, Jason Terry and Paul Pierce to the Nets for Kris Humphries, Gerald Wallace, MarShon Brooks, Kris Joseph, Keith Bogans and three first-round picks.
While the Celtics are in obvious rebuilding mode, the Nets are built to win right now.
