Fantasy Baseball Pick: Mark Reynolds Improving This Year

In case you have a fantasy baseball team, stop reading this now and go add Mark Reynolds. That is, unless the leader of your league already has him.

Yes, this is the same Mark Reynolds that I added over Ryan Braun last year when they were both called up at the same time in May.

The same Mark Reynolds who struck out 139 times in just 111 games.

The same Mark Reynolds who only hit 17 homers, compared to Braun's 34.

That Mark Reynolds is here for real this time.  He's already ahead of A-Rod's pace from last year.

Do I think he'll keep it up all year? Not a chance. Nobody can.

Do I think he'll hit 45? Probably. He's hitting in the middle of one of the most loaded lineups in all of baseball.

He's refined his swing, and even though he's averaging a strikeout a game, he's raised his average 55 points.

Look for him to end the year around a .300 average, 45 HR, 100 R, 125 RBI, 2 SB.
