USA Basketball is working out well so far for Adreian Payne — as an opportunity to represent his country first and a reward for a difficult decision second. Payne made the cut today in Colorado Springs, Colo., for the World University Games team that will play July 6-17 in Kazan, Russia. The 6-foot-10 Michigan State senior forward is one of 16 finalists, with the final 12-man roster to be decided later this week.
