Ray Lewis to Climb Mount Kilimanjaro

BR StudiosFeatured ColumnistJune 25, 2013

Ray Lewis' playing career in the NFL may be over, but he can't wait to get after it.

What is it?

Well by the end of the week, Lewis will have been to the top Mount Kilimanjaro and back. He's climbing the 19,341 feet African peak to raise money for clean water in Africa.

As if he hadn't done enough in one lifetime. The 13-time Pro Bowler, two-time defensive player of the year, two-time Super Bowl winner and Super Bowl MVP from 2000 is showing no signs of slowing down after he held the Lombardi Trophy in February.

Check out the video above to find out how Ray prepared for the climb and all the reasons he's doing it.
