San Jose Sharks' Forward Marty Havlat Sidelined Indefinitely

Sharks forward Marty Havlat will be out of for an undetermined amount of time after he underwent bilateral pelvic floor reconstruction earlier this month, San Jose general manager Doug Wilson said Monday. Havlat, who had eight goals and 18 points in 40 games this season for the Sharks, did not play again after he was hurt early in Game 3 of the second round series against the Los Angeles Kings. He also suffered an injured groin in the first round against the Vancouver Canucks.
