Vikings Tight End John Carlson on 2012 Season: 'It Was a Debacle'

Big things were expected from John Carlson in 2012. Certainly bigger things than he delivered. Though he didn't play in 2011 because of a shoulder injury, the Vikings signed Carlson to a five-year, $25 million contract last offseason with the expectation that he and Kyle Rudolph would trouble defenses in two tight-end formations.
