2016 Central Michigan Game Canceled

The switch to a nine-game conference schedule in 2016 has caused Big Ten teams to drop one of their non-conference games. For Ohio State, the casualty will be the Central Michigan game. The Buckeyes were scheduled to play the Chippewas on Sept. 24 at Ohio Stadium, but have sent a letter to Central Michigan canceling the game, executive associate athletic director Martin Jarmond said.
