Manny Ramirez has had some memorable moments known as Manny Being Manny moments.
From his first at-bat to his recent tenure with the Dodgers, there have been a few of these moments that really stick out in my mind, though and these are my favorite moments of them all.
The following is a video I found of Manny's career (it is not my video, it is mark244's and MLB.com's). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bEfiyAumvGw
Manny Ramirez hit a ground-rule double but ran home because he thought it was a home run; he was called out at second. This was the first of many moments for the future slugger.
In one of the moments that baseball enthusiasts did not overlook, unlike many of Manny's more carefree moments, Ramirez pushed down Red Sox' traveling secretary Jack McCormick when in Tampa Bay during the 2008 season. His lowest move, by far.
Manny being Manny at his finest. As he snags a deep-liner towards the fence in an over-the-shoulder highlight-reeler, Ramirez brought all of Camden Yard to their feet when he kept his momentum going towards the fence, jumped up on the padding, and high-fived a fan before doubling-up the base runner.
