Tebow and Trout patrolling the outfield together? It's not as crazy as you might think. According to an interview given by a former Angels scout to Boston's WEEI, the Los Angeles Angels would have drafted Tim Tebow had he expressed any interest in baseball. This was back in 2005, when Tebow impressed scouts by hitting .494 as a junior in high school. He did not play his senior year, so that he could focus on football. The interview was with Red Sox scout Tom Kotchman, who was a scout with the Angels at the time.
