Oregon football's academic progress rate (APR) rose for the second straight year during the academic year 2011-12, according to figures released by the NCAA on Tuesday. The Ducks' APR — a measure of academic eligibility, player retention and graduation rates — rose five points to 963 out of a possible 1,000 in 2011-12. That brought Oregon's four-year rolling average up to 951, the highest since the APR first began being calculated in 2004-05.
