Are Paul Heyman's Actions Leading to a CM Punk Babyface Turn?

CM Punk will be returning to the WWE after a hiatus has kept him out of action dating back to the night after WrestleMania.

Regardless of whether or not CM Punk was a heel before his departure, he will receive a hero's welcome at the Allstate Arena just outside of his hometown of Chicago, Illinois.

It's almost inevitable that Punk will make a babyface turn at some point, but now would be better than later. WWE will have a golden opportunity to take advantage of CM Punk's positive reception. Here, WWE can book Paul Heyman to turn his back on CM Punk, effectively making Punk the sympathetic figure and a babyface.

The overwhelmingly negative reaction Paul Heyman will receive for turning his back on CM Punk will give Heyman, and in turn Paul Heyman guys like Curtis Axel, some much-needed momentum moving forward. Meanwhile Punk will have a fresh coat of opponents to work with as a babyface.
