Two ACC programs in particular stood out, landing three commitments each.
For as big of a week as it was in the ACC, though, one Big 12 sleeper program stood out above the rest and came away with the Signed, Sealed, Delivered "Program of the Week" award.

1. Oklahoma State lands five commitments

2. Miami stands out in ACC
Al Golden has Miami set to do great things on the recruiting trail in 2013, and this week will go down as a big one for the Hurricanes. Miami landed three commitments, highlighted by 3-star outside linebacker Juwon Young, who's 6'2'', 228 pounds and runs a 4.62 40, according to 247Sports.

Morgan Mahalak is the No. 9 dual-threat quarterback in the 2014 class, according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings, and he's a perfect fit for Oregon.
He has a strong arm and accurate throw, but he stands out because of his running ability. He has quick feet, great vision and he's elusive. Mahalak can make defenders miss, but he's not afraid to hit the hole hard and get vertical. He projects to be a great dual-threat quarterback prospect for Mark Helfrich and the Ducks.
Note: Check out B/R's interview with Mahalak.
Winner: Oklahoma State
In one week, the Cowboys' 2014 class went from four commitments to nine commitments. That should be all you need to know about the week that was for Oklahoma State recruiting.
The Cowboys' marquee commitment is 4-star running back Devon Thomas, but Coach Gundy and his staff really made a splash by landing Rudolph.
According to a report from JC Shurburtt of 247Sports.com, Rudolph threw for 4,010 yards and 41 touchdowns last season for Northwestern High School.
The Cowboy's four other commitment for the week came after Rudolph's.
What a noteworthy week for Oklahoma State.
