NCAA Responds to Judge Kane's Dismissal of Penn State Sanctions Lawsuit

The NCAA's top attorney said this morning he is "exceedingly pleased," with federal Judge Yvette Kane's first-round knockout of the Gov. Tom Corbett's anti-trust suit against the Penn State football sanctions. Donald Remy called Kane's opinion "thorough... and thoughtful" and said that he hopes it will signal a new acceptance of the NCAA's decisions with regard to the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal by all parties.
