Pennsylvania Governor's Lawsuit Against NCAA Thrown out by Judge

A federal judge threw out a lawsuit Thursday brought forth by Pennsylvania governor Tom Corbett against the NCAA over sanctions levied against Penn State as a result of the Jerry Sandusky scandal. According to the Associated Press, Judge Yvette Kane called the suit "a Hail Mary pass," and she did not "find any factual allegations supporting [Corbett's] allegation of 'concerted action' that might nudge its conspiracy claim into 'plausible' territory."
