Game 3 between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Boston Bruins is over. It required more than four periods of action, but the Bruins have secured a victory on the back of a strong play by Jaromir Jagr. Patrice Bergeron scored the winner in the second overtime, giving the B's a commanding 3-0 series lead over the Pens.

David Krejci scored barely 100 seconds into the game, giving the hometown Bruins the lead through the first. Chris Kunitz scored the tying goal just under nine minutes into the second.

The goaltenders were the stars of the show: Tomas Vokoun had made 38 saves, while Tuukka Rask had stopped 53 shots through four periods of action.
