With the No. 19 pick of the 2013 NBA draft, the Cleveland Cavaliers selected Sergey Karasev from Russia.

While interviewing the top draft prospects of the 2013 NBA Draft Combine, Bleacher Report asked each prospect to compare himself to an NBA player. 

Afterward, we caught up with former Memphis Grizzlies scout Tony Barone Jr. to find out his pro player comparison for each prospect and projections for what kind of impact these players will make in the NBA.
