While Delgado's condition has not improved and the big slugger maybe heading to the disabled list, Luis Castillo appears ready to return. Castillo reported that he could have played tonight, but Alex Cora has been a solid fill-in and there's no need to rush him back this early in the season.

After all, last year Castillo was horrible trying to play through injury, so give him the time to recover, early in the season and ensure that nothing is lingering that will effect the great start he's off to.

Luis Castillo (back) said he felt good enough to play Friday, but Manuel chose to give him at least another day...source Newsday.
