The university has officially posted a job advertisement for a new director of basketball operations, a position previously held by former Michigan guard Travis Conlan. Conlan -- who played at Michigan from 1994-98 -- began his role as Michigan's director of basketball operations for John Beilein in 2010, and served the position for three seasons. The job, technically, is not a coaching position. It's an administrative role. It is currently unclear where Conlan is headed in the future.
