Franklin Steele@FranklinSteeleAnalyst IIJune 3, 2013

Game 2 between the Boston Bruins and the Pittsburgh Penguins is over and the Pens are offcially on the ropes after getting blown out 6-1 on home ice.

The pace of the first period was ridiculous and frantic, with five combined goals through the first 20 minutes of play. Brad Marchand had two markers, and the B's chased Tomas Vokoun in the first. Marc-Andre Fleury didn't perform much better, yielding three goals on 16 shots.

It's back to the drawing board for Pittsburgh as the head back to Boston for Game 3 with only one goal through six periods of this series so far.

Boston Bruins 6, Pittsburgh Penguins 1 (FINAL)
