Masai Ujiri is leaving. Just weeks after winning the NBA's award for executive of the year, and gushing about the future prospects of the young Nuggets, Ujiri has accepted the general manager job with the Toronto Raptors, he confirmed in a text to The Denver Post. Ujiri had been weighing offers of the Raptors and Nuggets for the past week. Ending perhaps the craziest turn-of-events at Pepsi Center since the Carmelo Anthony trade, Ujiri is headed to his old organization, reminding some of when Anthony left Denver for a bigger market and more money.
