This is the first in a series of videos grading NFL teams offseasons, from the opening of free agency to the end of the daft, up through OTAs and Mini-Camps.

Denver Broncos executive vice president of football operations John Elway has done an excellent job of not overreacting to a double-overtime playoff loss to the eventual Super Bowl champs. 

The offseason has been a bit of a whirlwind for Elway's Broncos. Between the Wes Welker acquisition, losing Elvis Dumervil because of the NFL's reliance on antiquated equipment and a dalliance with Charles Woodson, Elway has certainly been busy. 

In the video above, I take a look from 30,000 feet and give my grades for free agency and the draft, as well as the offseason overall. Let us know in the comments below how you would grade the Broncos' offseason.
