World football’s silly season is upon us as clubs across Europe try to strengthen their squads ahead of the 2013-14 campaign via the summer transfer window. After a fourth-place finish in the English Premier League, Arsenal could be set for a busy summer.

Manager Arsene Wenger will have £70 million to spend, according to the Daily Telegraph, but how he will spend that money is anyone’s guess. With the 2012-13 season still fresh, Arsenal have already been linked with several players. So what do we make of all the rumors?
