The Southeastern Conference spring meetings begin today in Destin, Fla., and as usual, football and football-related issues will command the spotlight. On the basketball front, one topic is bound to come up among Mizzou's Frank Haith and his fellow SEC head coaches: Landing more teams in the NCAA Tournament. Only three SEC teams made the bracket this past season: No. 3 seed Florida, No. 9 Missouri and No. 12 Ole Miss. By the end of the season, the SEC ranked ninth in conference RPI, finishing behind both the Atlantic 10 and Missouri Valley Conference.
