After a memorable Talladega race last week, the Sprint Cup moves to Richmond for some short track racing. The D-shaped three quarter mile track is a favorite of many of the drivers. Clint Bowyer won last years race in a close finish with Kyle Busch. Tony Stewart has won twice here, and Dale Earnhardt Jr. has won 3 times.  Kurt Busch is the series points leader going into Saturday nights race. While Dale and Smoke would be easy picks, we will go with three others.

Denny Hamlin: Richmond is Hamlin's home track. Hamlin finished 2nd in 2006 and 3rd in 2007 before dropping to 24th last year. Certainly no one wants this victory more than Hamlin.

Kyle Busch: The track has multiple lanes and is far from a single file short track. We know Kyle would drive on top of the wall if he thought it would get him to the front. I look for him to have a strong race.

Mark Martin: Winner of this race back in 1990, Martin actually has the 5th best average finish position at Richmond. All 4 drivers in the Hendrick garage have won this race and Martin has as good a shot as any of them.
