Game Recap

April 07, 2008

AHL American Hockey League, Syracuse Crunch, Rochester Americans, Game Recap
Well at least someone is scoring some goals out there.
The Syracuse Crunch is just on fire. That is now 19 games with at least a point and they are doing this with half of their roster up in Columbus where they can't score goals.

2006 1st overall pick Derick Brassard had a whopping 1g and 4a to bring his season totals to 46p in 38g.

It must have been a night of "Dericks" as Derick Dorsette scored 2g 2a for 4p.

Congrats to the Crunch. Lets hope the return of of half their roster doesn't hurt them but only helps this train run full speed ahead right into the AHL playoffs.

Must be fun to watch a team that can actually score.
