Winnipeg Blue Bombers Sign Multiple Players

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have recently been singing multiple players to their rosters. Here is a list of the players and a quick bio on each of them.

The players the Winnipeg Blue Bombers have added are: Nick Kordic, John Eubanks, James Kilian, Montez Murphy, Justin Surrency, and Yvenson Bernard.


Nick Kordic


Has played in the CFL previously with the Hamilton Tigercats on special teams in 2008. His primary position is DB.


John Eubanks

Was signed with the Washington Redskins in 2006 as an undrafted free agent. He was named the Conference USA Special Teams Player of the Year in 2004. His primary position is DB.


James Kilian

Was a seventh-round pick of the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2005 NFL Draft. He also spent time with the Atlanta Falcons and the Indianapolis Colts. He is most known as a QB.


Montez Murphy

Played with the Edmonton Eskimos in the 2008 CFL season. He had three sacks, four pass knockdowns, and 24 tackles. He is a defensive lineman.


Justin Surrency

Has NFL experience and was selected in the 2006 NFL Draft. He spent time with the Seattle Seahawks and the Minnesota Vikings. Surrency is a receiver.


Yvenson Bernard

Was undrafted by the NFL in 2008 but did play with the St. Louis Rams and the Seattle Seahawks. He rushed for 3,862 yards at Oregon State University and finished as the school's second all-time leading rusher. Bernard is a running back.
