Fantasy Baseball's Week Five Start/Sit

There are still some great pitchers and hitters that could produce for your fantasy team this week. I mention a few in this article and my favorite is none other than OF Shin-Soo Choo.

To understand why, you must read this week’s Start/Sit for week 5.

 

Starting Pitcher in focus: Wandy Rodriguez
Mr. underrated for the 2009 season, is off to a stellar start. In five starts this year, despite a 2-2 record, he has a 1.69 ERA and a 1.03 WHIP. A strikeout machine, in 32 innings, he has 27 strikeouts.

Next week, Wandy will face the Nationals on the road, and the Padres at home. If he is available in your league, pick him up as soon as possible! In any formats do not hesitate to start him in week five.

Pitching matchups that I love for week five: Tim Lincecum, Johan Santana, Zach Grienke, Yovani Gallardo, Felix Hernandez, Eric Bedard, Adam Wainwright, Javier Vasquez, Edinson Volquez, Chris Volstad and Fausto Carmona.
