When NBA All-Star Chris Bosh first put on a Miami Heat uniform, he was the lesser known of the "Big Three" alongside future Hall of Famers LeBron James and Dwyane Wade. However, Bosh's off-court activities and work in the community has made him a quick and easily lovable fan favorite in Miami.
Last year, the forward linked up with The Frieze Ice Cream shop in Miami to create an ice cream where proceeds of "Bosh Frieze Frenzy" would go toward his foundation, Bosh's Team Tomorrow. In September, he kicked off this wonderful partnership by serving his fans and ice cream lovers at the parlor.
The owners of this family-run business will tell you the Bosh's ice cream flavor is one of the top-five flavors at the shop and the team's success has helped bring in customers. We caught up with co-owner and general manager of The Frieze, David Warren, to give us a behind-the-scenes look at the ice cream creating process and tell us why Bosh's ice cream is one of the hottest desserts in Miami.
