James White's agent, William McCandless, told ESPNNewYork.com Tuesday that the small forward will "unlikely" return to the Knicks for the 2013-14 season. White has a team option for around $1 million next season that the Knicks have to decide on by June 30. If they decline, White will become an unrestricted free agent. McCandless said White values playing time, which happened sporadically for him in New York. He started 16 games in the regular season and averaged 7.6 minutes and 2.2 points per game.
