Jabrill Peppers, a 5-star athlete who is one of the most versatile prospects in the 2014 class, has announced that he will be joining Brady Hoke and the Michigan Wolverines. 

This freak of nature is 6’1”, 205 lbs, with a 4.50 40-yard time. Peppers' finalists were Michigan, Stanford, Rutgers, Penn State and LSU.
