Denver – Friday night's game at Coors Field might go a long way toward answering the eternal baseball question of whether a snotrocket can be considered an illegal substance. The Rockies ended their 10-game losing streak to the Giants by winning one of those mile-high circus contests 10-9. In the third inning, Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki seemed to imply that Madison Bumgarner did something to the baseball and asked first-base umpire Tim McClelland to check it. That sparked a jawing match between the two players and the ball being removed.
