Rockhold slips early, but Vitor doesn't pounce. Belfort is circling as Rockhold moves forward. Rockhold's takedown is stuffed. Belfort charges forward, but Rockhold ties him up. Belfort's counter misses. Rockhold starting to utilize leg kicks. A SPINNING HOOK KICK!! ROCKHOLD IS OUT! VITOR FINISHES!
The main event is all that is left. Belfort vs. Rockhold.
Jacare takes control of the center of the Octagon. Jacare lands a right. Jacare clinches with Camozzi, and Camozzi reverses the position. Jacare escapes and they are at a distance. Jacare connects, and then takes Camozzi down. Jacare lands a big elbow. Jacare is trying to pass in to side control, but Camozzi is doing a good job of maintaining at least half-guard. Jacare moves to side control. Camozzi gets caught in an omaplata during a scramble. Jacare uses it to move back to side control. Jacare mounts. Arm-triangle. It's a wrap.

A close fight, but neither lightweight had a great performance. They were just a bit off in their attacks and could not land cleanly. If their timing had been down this would have potentially been fight of the night. When all is said and done, Dunham earned that victory but the judges took it from him.
Dunham is the aggressor once more. Dunham going for a takedown. Dunham forces Dos Anjos to the cage. Dos Anjos reverses position, and Dunham reverses it right back. They separate. Dunham lands a quick combination. Half the round has gone by. Both fighters have just been a shade off in their attacks. Dos Anjos lands a good leg kick. Dunham tries another takedown, but Dos Anjos defends. Dunham rips one to the body. 30 seconds to go. They exchange wildly now. Dos Anjos landing more cleanly. Close round, close fight.

Dunham completes a takedown, but it's short-lived. Dos Anjos quickly to his feet. Dunham cannot do much against the fence. Dos Anjos now is the one trying to take Dunham down, but to no avail. They are back to striking. Dunham's strikes are just out of range of Dos Anjos. Dos Anjos is bleeding. Neither fighter is landing clean. Dunham is the effective aggressor in this round. Dunham lands a left, but it wasn't flush. Dos Anjos just missed with a big left. Dunham lands a knee, but Dos Anjos lands a good punch. Dunham ends the round with a takedown.

Feeling out process early, but both of these men can explode in an instant. Dos Anjos lands a straight left. Dunham catches a kick and lands a solid combination. Dos Anjos goes to the body. Dunham lands a crisp jab. Dos Anjos landing the better strikes coming forward. Dunham catches a kick and puts Dos Anjos on the mat. He has 90 seconds to steal this round away. Good elbow from Dunham. Kevin Mulhall stands them up because he is having a terrible night. Close round that could go either way, but I lean Dunham for controlling Dos Anjos.

Official Result: Natal defeats Zeferino by unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28)
Zeferino started well in all of the rounds, but the final two he quickly faded in. Natal was able to exert his dominance in the third round to clinch the win. To be honest, I have no idea why this fight led off the main card with some of the quality bouts on the main card. However, Natal picks up the win in the middleweight division.
They hug as the third round begins, and then beg the crowd for applause. That was awkward. Zeferino lands a good right hand. Zeferino comes forward, and Natal ducks under to take his back. They separate. Good straight right from Zeferino. Natal continuing to come forward. Natal throws a side kick, and Zeferino comes forward but cannot complete the takedown. Natal takes Zeferino down. That will play big in the eyes of the judges. Natal moves to side control. Natal throws powerful ground and pound as Zeferino rolls to his stomach. Natal is close to finishing this fight, but Zeferino is surviving for the time being.

Zeferino tries the overhand right, but Natal is out of range. Natal is fighting on his heels. Natal comes forward and Zeferino briefly takes him down. Natal and Zeferino are back at a striking distance. Leg kick from Natal lands. Natal sprawls well on the takedown attempt from Zeferino. Zeferino lands a good combination. Natal is the fresher fighter, but he has yet to find consistent offense. Zeferino goes to his guard, but Natal is not playing that game with him right now. Natal goes into his guard now while landing small ground and pound.

Zeferino lands a huge overhand right. Kenny Florian says Zeferino is "very precise" as he throws a wild, errant haymaker. Zeferino throws wild strikes, but they miss. Natal clinches with Zeferino against the fence. Natal tries a takedown, but Zeferino ends up on top. They battle leglocks from one another. Zeferino going for a heel hook. Natal defending the attempts well. Leon Roberts stands them up as they stalemate.

The main card is just about ready to get underway. We are just waiting for Transformers to finish up on FX. So, if you've never seen a Michael Bay movie before you probably should not watch this one because it's terrible.
